Millie Smith

I build pipeline for B2B teams that sell to operations leaders.

Fractional business development and go-to-market advisory for companies selling into logistics, 3PL, warehousing and retail. I find the accounts worth your time, reach the people who own the budget, and put qualified meetings on your calendar.

How I map an account before the first email

VP of OperationsOwns the labor budget
ProcurementApproves new vendors
Director of Supply ChainFeels the cost of turnover
General ManagerRuns the floor schedule
The first email goes to whoever owns the budget. Then I bring in the people who feel the problem and sign off.

Pick the one that matches how much of the work you want off your plate.

Fractional business development

Monthly retainer, scoped to your targets

I run outbound as part of your team, under your company's name.

  • A target list built around your ideal customer
  • Research on each account, including who owns the budget
  • Emails and follow-ups, sent from a domain set up for your campaign
  • Replies handled and meetings booked with your account executive or founder
  • Regular updates on accounts reached, replies and meetings booked

Target account blueprint

$2,500, one time

For teams with their own SDRs who need the right targets and a reason to reach out.

  • 20 to 25 qualified mid-market and enterprise targets
  • Decision-maker profiles with LinkedIn links
  • Triggers and opening angles for each account
  • Your team runs outreach with your own tools

How outbound works

  1. Agree on the target

We define your ideal customer, the accounts to leave alone, and what counts as a qualified meeting.

  2. Set up sending

I set up a separate domain for your campaign and warm it up for 2 to 3 weeks, so your main company email is never at risk. Research and list building happen in the meantime.

  3. Reach the right people

I write to the person who owns the problem, follow up, and bring in others on the buying team when it helps.

  4. Hand off meetings

Interested replies become meetings on your calendar, with notes on the account and the person you're meeting.

Track record

More than $4.3M in enterprise pipeline sourced across retail, warehousing and 3PL accounts.

I started in talent recruiting, which is the same job with a different ask: find the right person and give them a good reason to talk.

A good fit if

  • You sell B2B to operations, supply chain or facilities leaders
  • A founder or account executive is ready to take meetings
  • You're entering the US market, or need pipeline faster than you can hire

Questions

Whose name and domain do the emails come from?

Your company's. I send from a separate domain set up for your campaign, such as try-yourcompany.com, and never from your main domain. If a campaign has a bad week, your team's everyday email keeps reaching inboxes.

How soon does outreach start?

A new sending domain needs 2 to 3 weeks of warm-up before the first campaign. I use that time to build the list and research the accounts, so the first emails go out ready.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for research and first drafts. I read and approve every email before it's sent.

What do you need from us?

A clear picture of your best customers (or an hour to work it out together), access to your CRM so every touch is logged, and someone ready to take the meetings.
