I started my career in talent recruiting. The job is simple to say and hard to do well: find the right person, earn a few minutes of their time, and make the conversation worth having. That's still my favorite part of any job.

These days I help companies find and reach the customers who need them most. If that's what brought you here, here's how I work with companies.

Outside of work, I volunteer with Dress for Success Austin, which helps women in Central Texas get back to work with career support and clothes for the interview. Austin is home.
